Material Wrinkles After Sitting
We haven’t had our sofa and chair for a week and already there are wrinkles in the material after sitting for a short period of time. It seems as though there is more material than cushion. Not sure about the longevity of this set.

this couch is 4.0 not great cushion to seat on after a whil
the living room set I bought is very nice. but, the cushions seats are not soft to sit on they are hard. plus the cushion seats do not have the same fabric on the backside. other than those cushions I would say the couch is great!

Wish that it didn’t have space underneath it for shoes, toys etc. to get lost under it. Very comfortable!

Good size, the color I was looking for and excellent service. Comfy and plush looking.
Even more beautiful than expected
Super happy with this purchase. The sofa is large and comfy and beautiful. The sturdy feet add so much to the look. I was happily surprised to find that the toss pillows that come with it are actually grays. Online I thought they were shades of brown. Everyone who has seen the set is in awe of the difference it has made in my living room.

The cushions lost firmness extremely quickly
Couches went flat almost immediately, but Ashley’s customer service took great care of it.

Don't buy
It's beautiful and comfortable at first. After a month, cushions lost its shape. Had to buy stuffing. Couch is worn and not very comfortable. I'd never buy this product again.
