i feel ashamed that i trusted and paid so much for
babic sticks stuck in very small bowl of cement, then lots of hot glue to attach some plastic leaves... guidlines are preventing me for saying how awful it really is

Damaged
Shipping box and product severely damaged. I’ve been trying over a week to get a response and no such luck. It’s too bad I really wanted this product
Non existent packing material
I liked the Artificial Bonsai and I wish I could give it a better rating but, there is absolutely no packing material in the box to protect the pot from breakage! This is the second time I've had to return the same item due to non existent packing material and a broken container. It would have looked lovely on my piano!
Maple Bonsai
Received this tree and, planter was broken in many pieces when it arrived. I’ve reached out a couple times trying to figure out what, if anything, was your policy regarding this...credit, replacement??? But I’ve never heard back from customer service. Very disappointed!
