Hi everyone !I lost the one that came in the kit and had to buy a new one.I like these trays as they are aluminum, they are light and durable.I use them mainly for feeding oysters. Since it is metal, it quickly cools and the ice does not so quickly conceal as on plastic trays. Oysters stay fresh longer, which is very important to me.
Very durable high quality aluminum tray. Perfect for any presentation of seafood. The lip holds the ice or rock salt all perfectly. We use these for oysters on the half shell and couldn't be happier.

This is a nice aluminum tray for smaller portions of raw bar items. I wouldn't recommend putting more than 1 dozen average sized oysters on this tray.
Very sturdy. Perfectly fits one dozen oysters and the sides that go along with it. Shaved ice doesn't melt as quickly in these as it does when placed in regular plates.
