Michael Aram’s heart picture frame and all of his frames are made with excellent quality . The stand that the frame leans on is secure and properly attached to the actual frame with an additional ribbon of sorts . It stays where you place it !.The actual placement of the photograph stays secure within the frame. The finish , either silver , gold , or ceramic stays . Always looks brand new . I have a family picture display with many Michael Abram’s frames and it is a beautiful focal point of my great room

Love your products. Have probably

Love your products. Have probably purchased or been gifted over $10,000 worth in the last six weeks or so. Clearly though, some of the pieces have been repurposed as several of the Philips head screws used to hold the back in place were worn. I was able to make it work but if I ever want to change pictures it will be done it will be difficult. If you could be so kind as to send even 6 extra screws it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The craftsmanship and artistry is like no other frames I have seen. Beautiful beyond words. Cannot wait to give this to my niece for her birthday. The quality is so outstanding that I have already purchased other Michael Aram pieces and plan on more in the future!

The frame was perfect. However, I was disappointed that I could not have it wrapped with a gift card. The website said wrapping was offered ( I would have been happy to pay for it) but then after I ordered the frame, I was told giftwrapping was not available.

So gorgeous! I really do love this frame. My issue is with the customer service. I purchased this item with a huge cart full of frames and gifts and one week later it was on sale for 25% off which greatly adds up and they would not honor it. So ridiculous. You can’t claim to be high end and then nickel and dime and not follow through with appropriate customer service. I could’ve shipped it alllll back for a return and repurchased. Just pathetic when a company acts this silly. It’s not like any item was out of stock or in high demand.

Beautiful but poor design!

The frame is beautiful!! My issue is two fold ... one, the clamps on the back are nearly impossible to move. I even got a butter knife and I could still barely get them to budge. I like secure, but I also need to actually be able to open it to put the picture in! Second, is how thin this frame is. I bought them for my son's senior pictures and since the pics were done by a professional, the prints I received were a much higher quality than a flimsy 8x10. The frames are being returned bc I can't get the picture in the frame since it is printed on thicker paper. Poor design!
