poor quality management

I've called and sent an email in regards to my problem with no response. When putting the item together, the support brace is not threaded properly as to connect it to the other brace. Im very disappointed!!!

This item was not put together really well....two of the sliders were broken off from the sides??..I was very disappointed and being as it was not available at store level I didn't want to go through the Hassel of mail return ???? so I used lots of superglue to put it together...needless to say it was a true disappointment

Great Desk organizer

This reallly helps to keep all the papers on my desk organized. And, it was very reasonably priced. I also like how the individual trays slide out.

Definitely love the desk organizer. Everyone always asking me where I got it from . For one it’s nice looking and very sturdy. It really does keep my desk organized.

I put this on my desk to store my folders and artwork. It’s easy to use and helps keep my desk organized. I tested it out and this desk organizer can hold a heavy rock. Worth the purchase

This is a good desk organizer. You can use it in your home office. It is great for sorting out different mail or different documents. The metal make is very durable and also the five tiers give you a lot of room for your documents or whatever you are sorting.

This is exactly what I wanted. After reading about it with other reviews I decided to try it since it sounded like what I wanted. It enables me to clean up projects from my sewing table and keep them together on each tray. They slide out when I need them and if I need to I can omit one to make space between higher until my project is done. Easy to assemble. Delivery was quick. I might buy a second one for my other table.

Ordered a turquoise filer and got a blue one. Asked for the correct color to be sent out. Just got it and guess what!!! Its the same one, blue. Now they wanna charge me 10 to send it back. So now I will spend 8 on the correct color spray paint. They sent the matching pen holder and other office stuff in turquoise. Very disappointed.

Another great and affordable addition to my home office! Being a teacher, I need all the little things to help me stay organized. Also ordered a turquoise color in this and it wasnt turquoise. It was a darker shade of blue.

Not Only is it Great, but it Looks Good Too

I really like this product. It does exactly what I wanted it for. It was easy to put together. Once I tightened the screws it was stable. The baskets are the perfect size for holding 81/2 by 11 printer paper and there is enough space between the baskets to see at a glance what is in the basket. It is a great organizer.

Honestly great product

Price amazing products amazing and the best part is that the drawers slide. I have a lot of paperwork and being able to pull out a drawer when I need is perfect. Instead of pulling an entire stack of paper out. These types of things are beyond too expensive for even low quality. This is literally everything I was looking for in a desk organizer!

I was really looking forward to this organizer however am sadly disappointed by its quality. I had even considered returning it even while I was assembling it - the alignment between the rods and screws is not clean so I had struggle a bit to get it together and stabilized. Even now, the trays keep falling off every time the organizer is not handled delicately. I think I should have returned it while I could!!

The trays slide around (to the back and/or front) too easy! Total PAIN! The actual item is the look I was going for and I was so excited to unbox it! Nice looking on my desk and not the "typical" file system. I will have to do a "DIY" project to get the shelves to stay put but still be able to slide in and out when necessary! I actually purchased 2 of them because I like the look so much!

I'm working from home now, like so many others. I was having trouble managing my various forms and other work materials. I got this 5-tier paper tray organizer to manage all of that, and now I am so much better organized. Instead of having to shuffle through a stack of forms, I can just go straight to the form I need in this 5-tier organizer. This organizer is a 5-tier tray, but because of the space under the trays, I actually have 6 tiers to work with, and it has proved to be very helpful. I really like this organizer and only wish I had thought to buy it the first week I was working from home. Now it is indispensable.

Arrived Damaged

I purchased this about 3 weeks ago, received it in the mail today and noticed as soon as I opened it that it had post hole that was drilled in wrong spot. Figured it would be okay, so I decided to assemble to shelving unit. Upon completion it was obvious the shelf holders did not line up and all the shelves were lopsided. Was not happy with this purchase. Disassembled it before I thought of taking pictures.

Flimsy, trays fall out

Like others have said, this product is flimsy. No matter how much I try to tighten the screws into the rods to hold the sides closer together (so the trays won't fall out of their guides), I just can't tighten it further...and now I've stripped the screws.

This product was a bit difficult to screw on. The product had a plastic part which the screw needs to screw into to connect the rod and metal stand, however the plastic component was not stationary making it tough to screw the parts together. However, after several attempts, I was able to screw in all the rods and it is very stable. It is a sturdy organizer and keeps all my paper off my desk. I would recommend this.
