Purchased in December 2022. This tree is absolutely gorgeous. Very happy with it. However, the wire just came out of the transformer and can't figure out how to get it back in. Can't use for this season. A tree that is $100 should last longer than 2 seasons.

I love this tree due to the simplicity of setting up and just plugging it in. I have one on my back porch and gave the other to a friend! The delivery co.dropped them off at someone else's house and I believe they put them on my porch, thankfully

Foil wrapping on tree to make it silver would not last long outdoors, and options to anchor tree in ground were not robust.

Inaccurate description

Item description states tree is 68 inches tall but the one I received measures 59 inches tall. I am disappointed it is so short.

Great quality. Like stiffness of branches for holding ornaments, and bendability. But LED lights almost TOO bright for indoors, and it is difficult to keep ornaments from sliding.

All has been good so far, but I bought the tree for next Christmas and haven't used it yet.

The first one I bought in jan 2023 for 2023 Christmas worked great at first. Bright led lights, I loved it with the red led lights tree. BUT it quit working, by end of Christmas season. Bought another one for this coming season. I'll try again.

I had it ordered, and 2 weeks later I checked the status and it said it was cancelled, when before said it went through and they were working on the order. I had to reorder and it came after Christmas.

Poor look and quality

The trunk and branches look like super cheap foil ; I purchased this on 1/2/24 ; when I tried to return it because I thought the look and quality was poor they told me Xmas items are not returnable. The item was not marked final sale and when I asked the asst manager he printed out the lengthy overall return policy which states seasonal items are not returnable after the holiday. The website should do a better job of indicating this without the consumer having to click on the return policy every time you put an item in your cart. While my online experience was easy the in store experience was severely lacking.

It is an attractive decoration for a great price.

They sent a defective item and won’t accept return

Do not order from this company. They sent a repackaged box with pieces missing. Lowes won’t accept a return for holiday items. Lowe’s does not have replacement parts.

Tree had nice bright, cool LED lights. Unfortunately, a third of the tree was bent over to fit in the box.

Love love this tree. Prefer multicolor lights to white. The lights on this tree are super bright and colorful. Really easy to set up. Wish it was taller but oh well.
