GREAT 2nd Refrigerator

I ordered this to be a 2nd refrigerator, which has been the best investment I made. It has accommodated me by having a 2nd refrigerator. It stays cold and it has much room to put in extra items. I have had this for 3 years, and it is still running as if I had purchased it today. Best 2nd refrigerator I've every had.

I don't know what to say about this refrigerator. After I removed the packaging (the refrigerator was very well packaged, without damage), it turned out that the part of the case above the glass door was badly broken. I returned the refrigerators back to Home Depot.

I purchased the levella fridge in Sept 2020 (almost 3 years ago). I run the beverage sales at my local CrossFit gym so I looked for an inexpensive fridge. Decided on the levella fridge as the drink sales would pay for the fridge in about 3 months and the price was very reasonable. Upon arriving it was so easy to move by myself and was surprisingly light weight. I plugged in and set up extremely easily and was selling drinks on the same day. The CrossFit gym in KY is not temperature controlled so the fridge is exposed to temps ranging from 50-85 degrees and has been an absolute stud! Have not had a single issue. I sell thousands of drinks a year so the door is being opened hundreds of times a week and the drinks always stay cold, there s no condensation build up, and no issues with the fan or cooling. It s been overwhelmingly reliable on all accounts and I could not recommend this line of display fridges more, especially for business owners

Overall the refrigerator is excellent; I’ve had it for a few weeks. Too early to give it a 5-star. The only issue is upon delivery and unboxing; there was a significant dent on the backside. Appeared to be mistreated during delivery.

My drink refrigerator was delivered this week and I LOVE it. It came in perfect condition. I was worried that there wouldn't be enough room for our drinks, but it's HUGE! There is room for all of our drinks and then some. It has a light toggle switch so you can turn the interior light on and off as you see fit. The temperature dial is right on the top, so convenient! We really like the lock, so we can put our adult beverages in there and the kids can get at them. I highly recommend.

I am thrilled about the new refrigerator. Its lightweight, and relatively easy to maneuver around. No assembly is required, just a simple plug into an outlet and it s good to go! There is a temperature knob found inside the fridge at the top right hand corner that does a nice job of keeping drinks/items chilled.

Disappointing Purchase

Purchased this for my garage...Had it for over a week and it never gets cold enough. I've put a thermometer and it can't seem to get below 43Farenheit. The light is an on and off switch. The support from the manufacturer is terrible 3 outreaches and they finally responded by asking me a lot of questions (what are contents, serial #, address) but never answering what the minimum temperature should be. Honestly surprised Home Depot allows them to be a vendor. The good news, Home Depot is giving me a refund and was a breeze to deal with. They (HD)are picking the unit up and I will be buying a different brand through Home Depot.

Don't waste your money

Bought a Premium Levella in 2020. It went out just after the 1 year warranty expired. Premium won't service it, even for a fee. They won't recommend a service company. No local appliance repair professionals fix this brand. My last hope is that a commercial appliance repair company can repair it. Per the tech, if it's a compressor issue, it won't be worth the repair cost.

We had a wine fridge that kept beer and wine cool but always had scattered cases of soda and non alcoholic drinks/bottled water in the pantry so we finally bought this unit and are ECSTATIC over having everything cold and ready for family and guests. The unit is quiet, and looks great in our pantry. Guests are super impressed with our beverage offerings. We easily filled the 12.5 cu ft. Would highly recommend!

Inefficient Cooling and damaged in delivery

Does not cool drinks efficiently. Must use higher settings to get drinks cool enough to consume.

DOES NOT GET COLD!

I love the size of these units. They're perfect when you need something larger than a dorm fridge but smaller than a traditional upright. However, I have ordered two of these units and neither of them would get below 36 degrees. As a matter of fact, the internal fan wouldn't come on at all on one of the units. I wish that a manufacturer out there such as TRUE or KELVINATOR or someone else that can build a quality refrigeration unit with this size footprint would realize that there's a niche in the marketplace for units of this size. These size units are especially beneficial for installing into mobile units such as concession trailers and food trucks.

[Rewarded Review] On my 2nd replacement fridge, piece of junk

This is my second fridge. This fridge condenses so much water it pools at the bottom no matter what setting I put it on. They said I have to adjust the legs to have it higher in the front but this does nothing. The second replacement fridge is worse than the first and also came damaged. Waiting for a 3rd fridge to be delivered but wont happen til almost 2 months. Really like the look of the fridge but I may have to just give up on it and return. Not worth the hassle or the price.

Manufactures warranty/customer service is terrible

I bought one for my man cave, I noticed that there was a huge swing. in temperatures between the compressor cycling off and then back on, 22*F to be exact. I called the manufacture concerning this problem three times I was told they were going to send a service tech out, still waiting... I called as well as emailed them and there response to this problem is nothing. Kind of sad when the manufacture doesn't care about there own products. I went to Home Depot and they were fantastic, I asked for a replacement and that is exactly what they did for me. I received the second unit and after allowing it to cool down then loading it with product and allowing time for it to cool the product I found this unit to do the same this. The unit itself is well built and displays product very nicely but if you want a steady temperature on your beverages this unit isn't it.

Never cooled below 52 degrees

While it started out as a good idea to store additional beverages at our lake place, this product never work right out of the box. I have no idea what went wrong but it started by not being shipped on a pallet, and the truck it arrived on, did not have it securely stowed during transport. I can only imagine how it was shipped from the beginning. Upon unboxing and plugging the unit in, the fans and compressor fired right up. After checking on the unit after 24 and 48 hours, the unit never got below the ambient temperature of the room it was in. I have a reliable thermometer in each one of my other refrigerators and the one placed in this unit never read colder that 52 degrees. Unacceptable for the price.

Nice unit for the price

After a week of use, the thermostat apparently is defective. When it finally cuts in the box is about 50 deg. Once it cuts in, temp goes to 34 and cuts out. This happens regardless of the thermostat setting.

Absolutely love this beverage fridge! Super sleek design, tons of storage space, and we love the see through door. The fridge has a temp control that allows us to adjust the settings to our preference (slightly colder!). We bought this because we could never fit our beverages in the fridge and got tired of having warm beverages. We didn't need or want a fridge with a freezer as it would take up too much space and energy. This was the perfect solution and it looks awesome.

The Levella refrigerator is beautiful! It says great for businesses but I bought this for my home. We always have plenty of kids in the house and entertain often, so this fridge works perfectly and allows everyone to see in prior to selecting their beverage. What I like is the cool modern design, the light inside to see in when its darker, the size, how many different beverages it can store and has a lock and key if needed. Also have to add, now all beverages are cold, because I have the room, where I didn't in my kitchen fridge. Free's up so much room. 100% recommend for business or home!

I love our new Levella fridge! We placed it in our garage for extra beverage storage. It arrived just in time for our son's birthday party and the kids loved being able to see what drinks were available without having to open the door. Our guests loved how it looked and I love the slim profile. It doesn't take up much room but has a ton of storage space. Definitely worh every penny!

Everyone can see what’s inside. we’ve received so many compliments on how sleek it looks compared your regular fridge. It’s works so well and is incredibly functional. It even includes a key which is great for kids. 10/10 would recommend for either home or business purposes. Love it and have only had a positive experience with my other premium levella products.
