this is a good product and fits my tablet well... i like the sleek design and looks good on the wall...
Good, but...
Super strong and sturdy. The ability to rotate whilst mounted is awesome and works flawlessly. My only gripe is that after having used this to mount my galaxy tab A7 for the last 2 years, used as a smart home hub, it has slowly bowed the screen and now blown it. Yes, the grip is that strong it has literally bent the glass screen of my tablet!
Customer complained about the case the did not received
I think the the other bracket is for tablet with case and the case is not included

Wall mount arrived without case
The actual wall mount is great, very sturdy, however there was no case with the item as stated which is the reason we ordered it.

Great Wall Mount
A great wall mount. You need the key that comes with to unscrew the device from the mount. These keys are universal so one key fits all.
Durable....and RIGID
I waded through pictures of wall mounts for days for one that looked sturdy.... the same cheap; low quality ones showed up repeatedly but eventually I caught a glimpse of this waaay down the pecking order
