NEVER DELIVERED

The item is marked delivered. My home camera shows it’s not. I called and spoke to 6 representatives over 4 days. Came into the store. Macys said it’s their FINAL DECISION, to ANOTHER replace the item or refund my money. This is fraudulent. I must proceed legally. MICHAEL ARAM?? do you not have any quality control either?

So disappointed

Ordered this for a party I’m having on Saturday. One of the bowls was chipped and the stand itself was broken. Went to the store to exchange it. Not only did they not have any in stock, but she offered me the display which I agreed to, only to find that one of the legs wobbles bc it’s uneven. She said this isn’t the first time!

Received damaged/broken product

I received damaged product. The box is not damaged but one of the metal bowls is broken/ detached. What happened to quality control? I emailed, I called, I left messages but no one got back to me. It’s very upsetting……

This gorgeous piece with three glass bowls is not only elegant on my coffee table but also very functional for when I host gatherings. I simply use this for dips, nuts, candy, etc. Each bowl comes with a Beautiful spoon as well which is very useful.
