Dull & tarnished finish, different from picture

I bought it as a gift for my friend as I always liked Michael Aram's minimalistic chic designs and finishes. The bowl was darker and kinda tarnished comparing to how it was pictured on Macy's website.

Butterfly Gingko Nut

Made my order and paid on November 29, 2021. The payment was collected from my bank next day. Purchased several pieces as a Christmas gifts for my family and friends. I was supposed to receive them in 7-14 days. I received my order on January 11th ( too late to consider as a Christmas gifts). One of the butterflies on Butterfly Ginkgo Nut Dish, is Brocken. I emailed regarding this on January 12, 2022 and got 0 response so far. Tried to call but without any results.

It’s beautiful & interesting, partly because of its lovely design & asymmetry. And it’s also so nice & easy to use just for yourselves or for when you’re having guests over.

I actually bought this butterfly bowl and designed a white rose floral arrangement in it. It currently sits in the center of my dining room table.
