Ill-fitting lid

Received as gift. Perfect size but lid does not fit. Hope when I exchange I will get a better one

Good quality

I like the size of this pot and it goes with the set I recently purchased. When I received it in the mail it was scratched up on the outside due to shipping. I took pictures of the scratches and emailed them. Customer service was great and sent me a new pan immediately. I was very pleased with my purchase and the customer service was excellent!

Need to return this item for a different size and no one has answered any of my emails!

This pot is exceptional quality and the silver was a nice shade. I bought it to replace another brand and this one is not is really superior. If someone wants a pot they will enjoy using, buy this one. The silicone is just what it said in the description. Works great.

First, love the color! Received pot severely mis-shaped, to where the lid would not sit correctly & very noticeable. Hard to reach customer service. No one answers the phone. Opened 2 tickets through email. Finally answered through Facebook Message. Did replace the pot & lid. This time the trim around the lid had a deep dent in it. Still usable, but there needs to be better quality control.

Color is lovely, and non-stick seems to be working. However, the handles get HOT very quickly. Need to use a hotpad when touching the handles. Also, description states that it is dishwasher safe; directions with the item state that it is hand wash only.

Disappointingly lightweight

When the packaged arrived I didn't think it was the anodized pot I'd ordered, because it was so light. In a pot of that size I want sturdiness and weight in order to cook food thoroughly without burning -- especially in the oven. I think the material doesn't justify the price, and I'll return it.

Saucepot that arrived damaged.

The shipping carton came in cruched. The lid to the pan is bent in 3 places and will not fit on the pan. I cannot find the receipt so I am ujnsure if Kohls will replace it.

Beautiful, but received dented

I love everything about this pot, except that the pot is dented on the one side so the lid doesn't fit. I'm going to return and reorder. I really hope the next one isn't bent because this is a great sized pot.

Perfect size !

It’s difficult to find this size pot without the long single handle . It looks great , washes well is a decent weight and the perfect size for most 2 family households .
