I love this cup first because its so cute!!! Everyone smiles when they see me use it. I started using it for drinks and then use it for a candy bowl and even pens and pencils. Its thick, nice and heavy duty. I have a few and they are always displayed in the kitchen or on my desk! My daughter loved hers that I got her for a gift.

I was pleased to see the mug, it is very cute and I knew my daughter would love it. However, the item wasn't packaged properly and the item was damaged during shipment. I think wrapping in bubble wrap could have prevented the damage. I had to return the item, my daughter was disappointed.

Cute colours in the picture but in real life it is really ugly and broke after a few uses. Really disappointed with this product.
