Terrible fulfillment and customer response

Very, very disappointed. I ordered two sets of four napkin rings. I received two napkin rings. I explained this on the on line response link and received no answer or response. I will not order from Macy’s again.

Super disappointed. They look like they have been bought at the 99 Cents store. Definitely would not recommend these. They look very cheap

These are classy and contemporary. I like them because you can fit any size napkin in them because the rings are completely flexible.

Beautiful napkin rings and even more gorgeous in person. I ordered these for our formal dining area and they are elegant and classy. I needed 2 sets to complete a table service for 8 but it was worth it. They have a nice weight to them and I feel they will hold up for many years. Highly recommend!

I love this set. I have 4 of them totaling service for 16, instead of the usual amount recommended for people which is 12, and it has come in handy so many times because i love to host family dinners and over the years the number of people attending have grown and with that my need for more serve-ware and napkin holders!
