This soap dispenser came very very dirty with three black spots on it that smelled like poop. It was used before and soap was hanging from the head. I had to return it.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE DISPENSER

I WAS EXCITED for this new beautiful shiny soap dispenser…then totally disappointed when I received it. I bought the soap dispenser for my newly remodeled bathroom and I can’t use it. I’m unable to screw/tighten the the pump part of the dispenser to the part the holds the soap, it WONT screw on evenly😤😤😤

Horrible experience twice!~

I purchased this online. The first one was rusty and dusty. I returned it. The replacement was a total DISGRACE and I am thankful that I did not send this to the person it was bought for directly. Luckily it came to me first. It was broken, filled with someone else's filthy soap or whatever else they had in it.. It was in pieces and even the paperwork was stained. WHAT A DISASTER, not only once but twice. I will never order from Bloomingdales online again!

I like the dispenser, but

I like the dispenser, but I expected better quality. I have a few other Micheal Aram products, which are of great quality. The top of the dispenser does not fit perfectly in alignment with the base.

Terrible soap dispenser if you are actually trying to use it. Its rust and the nozzle comes off when using. Absolute waste of money.

Rusty

The soap comes out brown and the tip of the soap pump got rusty. Poor quality and very disappointing. I’m throwing it out and want my money back

The design is really pretty.

The design is really pretty. The top does not fit perfectly. When you use it to get soap out it leaks soap out the top that screws on to the base.
