The RFID key cards are also simple; name the card and tap it on the keypad. It should take 10 seconds at most.Ease of UseSuper simple. Functionality varies greatly among manufacturers, and customer service is often times sketchy or nonexistent. I have to say my experience has been top-notch since day one. First, the packaging comes complete with all the parts the only two items you will need are a regular Phillips screwdriver (cross head) and 4 x AA batteries. I initially bought one for my front door about a year ago. Somehow the handle broke, and I wrote the manufacturer ( the contact email was right in the phone application). They responded within an hour or so to an email I sent, asking me to send them a picture of the bar code inside the battery cover and a picture of the damage, and within two days, I had a new door lock set at my front door!Amazing, no hassle, super quick, and very friendly. All along the process, they kept me informed of what they were doing when the new set was sent and gave me tracking truly exceptional service. The device feels very high quality with good heft, and the locks are very responsive and offer a ton of ways to control who, how, and when guests can access it, and the locks are very responsive. They auto-lock within a few seconds of unlocking, so you never have to be worried about someone coming into your home uninvited. One of the worst feelings is getting halfway to where you are going and having a feeling in your gut you forgot to lock the door. The application is very simple to use and has saved me a ton of times when I needed to give someone access to the house, like a family member or my housekeeper. Great lock for the price

For the price, you can’t beat it. Only wish it came with Wi-Fi but for $130, what can you expect. Any other electronic lock with fingerprint would be double the price. Installation was easy, set up, was easy. Fingerprint was easy to set up and use. I kept seeing in the reviews that people are having a hard time with it. I set it up for me and my wife and either one of us has had a issue. Even the keycard was easy to set up. Now, I wouldn’t use this for your front door or any door leading to the outside. I use it for the door leading from the garage to the house. I would definitely used a deadbolt type lock. This is the perfect lock for what I use it for. So, with this lock, there is no button to lock this lock. It does it by time. You can set it to lock after 5 seconds after it has been unlocked from the outside. You can change that. I have mine set to 5 minutes. Or you can set it to stay unlock for a certain time period. Like from say 8am to 10pm, then it will lock at 10 at night. All in all. This Is a well worth it lock. Would definitely buy again.

Great - easy installation.

I installed this myself. The instructions were easy to understand. The box includes everything you need, with the exception of: philips head screwdriver and 4 AA batteries. Note that the instrictions did not mention that the batteries were not included, so I had to run to the store to make the lock operational.
