coat rack can't use

I gave this a low rating because I was specifically looking for a coat rack that came assembled

this works as I had intended. I use it as a purse holder. easy to put together, but very light weight, which tends to want to topple over if my purses are not balanced correctly on it.

Not sturdy enough to hang jackets or heavy purses without getting off balancing. Going to replace with a separate hook system and shoe holder.

Very nice piece. Non conspicuous. Goes with any decor. Holds coats well. Would recommend to others.

I was so excited to get my coat rack. It fit perfectly in the corner. It was exactly what was needed in the office.

I am not terribly impressed with this coat rack, however, it is certainly sturdy and up for the challenge of my heavy winter coats! While it was not too complicated to figure out how to assemble, it was a bit difficult to physically assemble it and required use of a battery powered screwdriver. It does not come with any extra pieces so don’t break anything like I did! Overall I am happy with it, but may rethink this purchase in the future!

Easy to assemble, well designed, practical and beautiful to look at…the perfect way to accessorize a room with style. I find it strong and easy to hang many clothes. Not occupying much space. Just loved it. Highly recommend.

I have been searching for a coat rack for a very long time. finally found this one at Walmart on sale, so I had to have it. it took me a little longer to put it together and then I figured that I had the bottom part legs upside down. but just had to take them off in reverse them and then it was easier. it is very sturdy and I got the silver finish which looks gray which matches my decor. so I am very glad I bought this and extremely happy with it

the rack did what we needed it to do - hold coats by the door. But it was always tipping over if anything knocked a coat slightly the wrong way. So it was functional, but annoying. I'd recommend for someone that needs something in a tight space.

Great item , easy to put together. Serves its purpose. Does topple over easily but not too much trouble to put back up. We are only using it for coats in our basement

The coat rack it great, easy to put together and very sturdy.

Less than a year later I'm revising my review, because the screws on the lower base have gotten loose (and can't be tightened) and the coat rack keeps falling over. It might work for very light things, like not much heavier than a sweatshirt, but this is definitely NOT a "coat" rack. Disappointed.

I ordered this particular standing hat rack and when it arrived I received the wrong one. ( its the same only no bottom hooks. All in all though it works to keep my husband's hats under control!

This surprised me for how lightweight and cheap it is. It can hold a surprising bit of weight, and is currently holding several winter coats on it with no problem. Add to this that it came in a very small box and assembly only took about five minutes. I definitely recommend.

Very cheaply made. So you get what you pay for. Actually I think they need to charge a little less for this. But not a total waste. I’m putting it in my back room. To hang up t-shirts and ball caps.

First time user of Wayfair. Very pleased with everything. The placing of the order. The cost. The shipping. The assembly of the coat rack. looks and works good. I will shop with you again.

Love these coat racks! I have two in my bedroom- one for myself and one for my husband. I also got one for my daughters room. We can have hang our purses, scarves, tote bags, coats. We love them!

Really good coat rack for a good price. It is compact enough to fit in a smaller space but still allows for easy access and a lot of coats found new homes. Pretty simple to put together 20 minutes or less.
