Not dishwasher safe!

The info says "hand wash only" but the specifications say "dishwasher safe". I put in dishwasher...oh no! Totally destroyed the finish.

I am a big fan of the Nordic brand the pans hold up to daily use. Easy to clean and seem to hold heat for even cooking. I would buy again.

The Lid does not snap on to the pan

Love the actual pan. The lid does not snap on and does not stay on very well. I contacted Nordic and the rep was not that helpful and said the lid would not have a tight fit.

I ordered two different pans. This is the second. I have not yet used it but it appears to be exactly as described. Shipping was prompt.

sturdy and versatile cake pan

Sturdy, easy to clean pan with perfect lid fit. Versatile more than just cakes. No coating to wear off. Great find, very happy with it.

Nordicware is the best!

I only use aluminum. And I cannot stand those coated pans. Never put these aluminum ones in the dishwasher; they clean up super easy with a green scrubby, if you even need one. Clean the bottom every time you wash it also. Your pan will last forever.

These are my absolute favorite baking pans. I got some less expensive ones of the same size, but they don't bake as evenly, so I paid more to get more of these. To be clear, not to replace the old ones, they will last forever - I just needed more to bake in larger quantities. I love them!

Disappointed

I was super excited to get a new cake pan with a lid. It finally arrived. Yay! But my yay turned into a nay 🙁 today as soon as I unwrapped it and discovered that that plastic lid was broken so disappointed I would not recommend this pan to anybody unless it was priced lower.

Beautiful, high quality cake pan! Cake came out perfectly browned on the bottom and no sticking. Very happy with my purchase! BTW.... shipping was super fast. Within 2 days of ordering!

Great product!

Great sheet pan for the money. America's Test Kitchen recommended. Fits my wire racks perfectly. The lid isn't airtight, but that certainly doesn't affect its performance in the oven and under the broiler.

I gave it as a gift to my daughter and son-in-law because their pan needed replacing. Although I haven't cooked with it, it looks beautiful and sturdy, and so nice that a pan is made without nonstick coating that seems to always come off regardless of how expensive. And the cover is also just the right size.

Excellent for birthday party cake!

I love that it’s not coated in nonstick. Works great for birthday parties at the park! I’m actually buying a second one since we need more cake. Lid works well for me, no issues.

pan dented and lid broken

I'm sure if it had been available in the store, it would have been 5 stars, so my lower rating is because of the way it was shipped. It was just inside a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or padding of any kind for protection. The corner of the pan was dented in and the edge of the lid was broken off. So I give the shipping 0 stars.

Holiday best

Tiz the season of sheet pan deserts. Pumpkin bars are so much better made on these sheets, frosted, covered and stored. They stack well so you can stack them 3-4 high in a fridge. I sometimes put a small cloth between the pan and the lid below so they don't side if someone is moving things around or not paying attention.

Broken Lid

I received my 13x9 inch baking pan today. It was packaged nicely, however the plastic lid is all cracked and broken. I'm not going to return it but somebody knew they sent me a broken lid.

This sheet cake pan is one of the best I've ever purchased. Made of strong materials. It is easy to cleanup. Lid fits tight. This pan will last a lifetime unless I lose it. It arrived as promised. Would purchase again. Recommend it to family and friends.

Nordic ware sheet with lid

Great for baking and would definitely recommend it, the best part is it has a cover to make transporting it easy and safe from spills. I use to for all manner of baking especially to bake large batches of cookies and even roasting my turkey.

Nice pan but size is off.

This is a lovely cake pan, very sturdy and well made. The one problem I find with it is that isn't exactly a 13x9 pan. The measurements are a slight bit under that. Not sure why they would make it smaller. I just made a cake in it, a cake that I have made for years in another pan and the baking time is 35 minutes and in my other pan it was done in exactly that amount of time to the minute, every time. In this pan I took the cake out of the oven at 35 minutes and even though it looked done, when I tested it, it wasn't done in the center, it needed another 5 minutes. So buyers be aware because your cakes are going to take slightly longer in this pan.

These are excellent cake pan. You can make so many things in these containers, but the beauty of this is the cover and being able to enjoy a meal outside and in if so desired. Functional, good quality and really affordable. I had to buy extra ones which I will be giving out as gifts.
