Ok dispenser

It does what it’s supposed to do, but feels kind of cheaply made. Not sure how long it will look good. I had this for a few months and the metal material ( I don’t know if it’s actually a thin metal or just a metallic paper) on the base is starting to separate.

I prefer the tension on the holder so the paper will stop and tear where you want it to.l

I have not had a paper towel holder my ENTIRE ADULT LIFE. Paper towels just sit on counter, and I was FINE with that.

I gave this to my sister for her birthday & she's very happy with it. It looks great in her kitchen & works like it's supposed to. It arrived on time & in perfect condition.

This particular paper towel dispenses is not heavy enough to stay in place when you try to tear towels.

It is doing what I had hoped it would do. It is solid, looks good, and easy to tear a piece of paper towel off of. My son remarked how good it looked and ease of getting a sheet of the paper towel.

it came damaged had no packing around item, so probably happen during shipping, had to return. otherwise it would of been great for using on a counter. 0 star because of damage, 5 star as it seemed to be a nice looking and good price.
