Difficult to get it to stay. No real instructions. Don’t waste your money,find another basket

The basket itself is good but the suction cups do not work well and are difficult to get them to stick.

It will not stay secured to the shower walls with items inside. I had to place it on a small ledge for it to hold bottles.

Suction cups on a lever. Sturdy when used right.

I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people who didn't figure out you the suction cups work on a lever. You need to flip up the basket 90 degrees, stick the suction cups to the wall, and then flip the basket down. Super sturdy once you do that.

Perfect for what i needed and stays on the wall without falling.

Wouldnt stick in our shower. I took off the suction cups (with a hammer) and used command bathroom hooks.

Great product! the bad reviews probably didn't know how to use the suction cups. The suction cups have a special locking mechanism; it took me a while to figure it out, i thought they didn't work at first too. This basket is large enough to hold 3 shampoo bottles easily, and strong enough to handle the weight too. It is better than I expected and I am ordering more!

Took a while to get the lock on properly so it wouldn’t fall but once it’s done right they work great

Sticks for the most part, but has fallen off the wall without warning hurting my foot. I would not purchase this again.

It's getting rusty

Some of the thin bars are getting rusty already and I've had it for 2 months, also it does not hold well on my clean porcelain tiles. it has fallen 3 times already making a lot of noise and scaring the daylights out of us.

Perfect solution for minimal storage

This is just what I wanted, and I got it to suction to the wall so tightly that I can't get it off without prying it off. There were reviews saying it wouldn't stay up, so I was skeptical about ordering this. After it fell down a few times, I studied it and realized that the hard plastic covers over the suction cups were prevented me from applying pressure to the actual suction cups. Once I made sure that the hard plastic covers were away from the wall and I was pushing only the suction cups, they spread out and adhered great! My perfect caddy has been up a few weeks now and I am confident it won't come down until I make it come down. So my tip to those who had trouble making it hold is to be sure those hard plastic covers don't contact the wall while pushing on the suction cups.

Good quality at an economical price.

The basket is small and thin able to hold about three round regular shampoo bottle but there were problems with the suction cup holding on to the wall. The suction cup did not work at all for our wall so we decide to used clothing hanger to hang the basket instead.

Bad Design

The suction cups are not adjustable so they would not stick to tiles.

Kitchen Sink or Bathroom DIDN'T WORK ON EITHER

I bought this for my Kitchen sink to hold my very light weight dish brush, it wouldn't hold it and fell of constantly. Ok, so I figured try it in the bathroom which is it made for. It wouldn't more than 1 hour with a simply bar of soap in it. DOESN'T WORK AT ALL! Don't waste your money!

junk suction cups do not work metal is light weight and flimsy

Every so often it falls to the tub floor in the shower area. Have to jack with it until it finally stays up. Otherwise the size is suitable enough for my bottles of bath products.

Good concept, not as expected

Unfortunately this did not work as hoped...tried the suction concept on smooth faced tile and it does not stick
