Well made, good price, a bit too long.

Seems sturdy enough, however I wish it was just a tad shorter. It doesn't quite sit all the way down against the the deflectors on my particular gas grill. I may have to may a slight modification for it to slip all the way into place.

Struggling to Master

I have a pretty decent Broil King gas grill that I started using about a year ago. I really miss the charcoal flavor and flexibility of my old Weber charcoal grill so I bought the smoker box to help impart some flavor as I have a ton of different fruit and hard woods on my place. I followed the instructions and have used both chips and sawdust, soaked and unsoaked wood and struggle to get the timing right. Maybe it will take a little more work, but I am thinking about going back to the messy charcoal.

"Smokin'"

I have used these for quite some time. Depending on your grill size and the layout of the heat plates or "flavorizer bars" on it, these can be a very good way to add smoke to the grilling process. I use these frequently when grilling with mesquite or hickory chips. This box sits between two heat plates - out of the way and taking up no grill surface. I highly recommend these.

Good quality

The box is made of fairly heavy gauge stainless and should last a long time. My only criticism is that the holes in the lid are too bog so that the wood tends to be consumed too quickly. It could have half the number of holes and perform better.

Shoulf perform well

I have actually not used this smoker yet. It is well designed and built from stainless steel. It is as described and it nested in my grill just fine. I feel it will function very well. If there is anything that could go wrong it would be that there are too many holes in the top, but I don't think that is the case. I look forward to using it.

this works really good on my Weber gas grill.

Fits perfect in between burners and no reason why it won't work great. Normally used aluminum foil. This will be less mess.

Jury not in yet

I just received this today, which seemed to be a very long time it getting sent and arriving. Can't really evaluate how It works yet, but certainly appears to be of good quality and as described.
