lock never worked the way it should have. i installed it the way i was supposed to. i would have to continue resetting the settings. The touchscreen feature would always fail for me.

Great keypad deadbolt lock.

Came well packaged. Actually looks better than the picture. Modern, sturdy and easy to install. Even comes with screwdriver. Even though this is a "keyless" lock, it came with 5 metal keys. You can use your phone, keypad or real key to lock/unlock it. Glad I bought this.

Awesone smart lock

bought to use remotely from my home state 1500 miles away. Tenants and maintenance will come and go from property. So far it works great. Just make sure you get your left/right door switch correct before you close it up on the install. Also in the app on your cell phone, you will also find a left/right door toggle that must be correct or it will work opposite of what you want.

Problem with an intermittent sticking deadbolt

Great keyless lock at a good price!

Very easy to install and use! The directions are easy to follow nd everything you need to install is supplied. The app makes it super easy to lock and unlock the door from your phone The keypad lights up nicely when touched for ease. Only drawback is don't forget the 4 AA batteries not included.

Solid WiFi deadbolt

Awesome Hornbill Smart Lock works perfect as I expected it to do so. Its easy to create custom pins for friends, family, renters, ect. Has auto lock after 5,10,15,20 seconds its up to you if you even want that feature on. What cool is you download the app and it saves the history time date of when someone unlocks or locks the door. If you want notifications on it does that so. I recommend this smart lock.

Great smart lock, easy to install.

Good but disappointing

This lock is smaller than the previous that I had, leaving screw holes exposed on the outside of my door. Then, ignoring that, the screws to go through the door seem to be made for inside doors and not a quality insulated exterior door. Do you have any idea how hard it is to buy longer screws?? If you are buying this lock for an outside door, make sure your door is less than 1 and 3/4 thick. I would say 1 and a half inches maximum. If not, be prepared to go shopping for elusive screws.
