This Fox is my favorite statue of all. It's so lifelike even my dog was slow to approach it. Quality made with a great price is a win-win. This is a must have!

Paint started to peel off after one summer outside.

While the statue itself is quite nice, the paint job is terrible! I had to repaint it with a more realistic color. I's seen these foxes a number of times in the wild and they are NOT a neon orange color as is the statue I received.

Simon is the perfect guard at my front door. I received several positive comments regarding him. The color is a tad too orange for my taste. However, the workmanship is superb and he is holding up very well in Florida's afternoon sunshine. I did purchase a can of protective coating for him. However, wanted him to "age" a bit before I utilized it. The realistic eyes are a plus!

Tooooooooo orange!

The basic item is really excellent. However, it was ruined by the paint. Rather than the toned down tan-orange as shown in the images provided, he has been painted an almost electric orange that totally detracts from the overall appearance of the statue. He has turned his corner of my patio into an eyesore. I am looking for a suitable spray paint I can use to tone him down a bit. I was a wildlife rehabilitator for many years before I retired and have never seen a red fox that was electric orange. Most of Toscano's wildlife statues are painted realistically, this is not one of those. What a shame!

Absolutely gorgeous. Gave to a friend moving away, she and her family loved it. It came in exactly when I needed it and I was very grateful for that. I'm not sure what the fuss is from other reviewers on the color, the fox is orange as foxes are. Makes a beautiful gift as all Toscano products do.

Simon is just beautiful! I am thrilled with this selection! In fact, I was going to put him on my front porch but now I am not sure! He looks great in the living room!

Awesome color

Such a great reproduction. I am waiting for the time I can put Simon Renard in my annual garden area, but until then I have him posing with pussywillows and pansies for Easter. Very happy with how he looks. Quality is top shelf. Delivery was great.
