Poor customer service, I returned everything but they didn’t refund my whole money and they were saying one item is missing. So disappointed and would never buy anything from this company again.

Just what we needed

Delivery company delivered to wrong address

Simple Human uses a delivery service that does not deliver packages correctly. They delivered to the address not listed on my order confirmation and Simple Human did not help to refund or reship the product.

Very disappointed. Received the order and it got damaged. there were some dents on the side of the can. I requested for a replacement one and it came again damaged. This time there was still two dents on the side.

Nice can

The rivits on the lid are a bit unsightly would be my only complaint. Otherwise they function very well. I was tired of my old trash can lid hitting the wall behind it, so this solves that problem

Love these for the kids bedrooms

I got the kids these so the dogs can stop tipping their cans over. They work great, I got them in White and Black. Would be awesome if they had the slot for the refill bags.

This is the cutest version of the full size butterfly bin we have In the kitchen. Perfect bathroom size. Love the soft close lid worth every penny

Perfect Size for 1 person kitchen

In the modern kitchen, where most "trash" is either composted or recycled, the standard 13L trash can is too big for a 1 person household. This can is the perfect size for a week of kitchen garbage that a single person household produces

Disappointed

I am disappointed! I already own 2 of these trash cans I needed a third. I have ordered and returned at least three of them now because they have arrived dented %26/or are not shutting properly. This 4the one is the same issue, not shutting properly. When you spend so much on a trash can, you expect it to work correctly. I will be returning this one as well. It might be time to find a new company which I find disappointing as I have been so happy with my first two trash cans.

Disappointed. The wrong item was

Disappointed. The wrong item was sent. First time I have ordered. I had to return what was sent and have not reordered what I wanted. Not good.

Too many dirt ridges

I returned this product. In concept this is a great product, but needs a bit more refinement. Not up to the stunning simplicity of other simplehuman products. It looks like a prototype, not like a finished Simplehuman product.
