Was QC asleep?!

I was really stoked to finally decide on getting one of these ottomans. I have a new sectional being delivered tomorrow, and the matching ottoman didn't have storage. I knew in my mind mind what I wanted, as I've seen similar pieces in the past and loved the idea of a comfortable but functional piece. The reviews were good overall, save for one with a very similar story, but he didn't point out specific details of craftsmanship and was just unhappy that the faux leather didn't match his real leather sofa... (duh!). I'm now only 50% through unboxing this piece and, initially thrilled, am now debating just how much of a pain it will be to return it! Every single tray looks like a 5 year old upholstered it. Trays-up, they look okay. Cushion-side up?.. well, they're absolutely sloppy. Crooked staples, EXPOSED staples, the side seams look like wavy lines; absolutely horrible. This piece was basically going to be a toy box in disguise (since my 4 year old doesn't know the meaning of play room), but I wouldn't dare use it for a child in this condition unless I felt like spending hours waiting on a tetanus shot in the ER. Truly, TRULY disappointed!

I was so excited to receive this item. Overall I can see the furniture piece is beautiful but the delivery of it was terrible. It came completely damaged. Wood frame of the ottoman is coming off and there are tears through the piece where the insides of the fabric is showing. I hope they can resolve my issue

Well made product and toddler approved

My 2.5 year old helped me unbox the ottoman and as soon as he saw there was a storage compartment, it was all over lol its very well made, havent put the feet on it yet but we will once said toddler is in bed. Love the color, love the option to use as an ottoman or a table, or both!

Excited sprinkled with a little disappointment

I really like my new ottoman, well actually, both of them because I bought two. I was very disappointed to see that there was damage to the interior wood so that I cannot turn them all over without them looking like I already owned them for some time. Going to keep them regardless because the hassel to deal with it will be too great and they will server the purpose regardless.

With a baby in the house beginning to "cruise" and walk around furniture, a safer ottoman was needed (soft, no hard corners and storage). It's function has exceeded expectations and is now a multi-purpose piece of furniture!

Perfect Piece

I needed a unit with storage, seating, and sturdy enough to set down a glass, etc and also of course it had to match my current sectional. It took me a while but I finally found this piece which seemed to be exactly the style, color and suited all my needs. I did not want to expect too much since it was online and sometimes the pictures can be deceiving. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised!! It was perfect, the units has a lot of storage and color and material is perfect, it actually looks like its part of the current furniture. I absolutely love it.

Nice looking and very usable.

Love this ottoman slash coffee table. A little heavy to move around on rug. I swapped the legs with casters and it’s perfect now.

Outstanding value - looks and works great! We love the ability to select individual quadrants to use as foot rests, drink and snack holders or, to remove from the ottoman with the built-in handles and use as a personal lap tray. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality ottoman

It’s always a bit dicey ordering furniture online, but the ottoman is an excellent quality product and was shipped/packaged very well. It will be a nice addition to our basement couch.

Ottoman is awesome!

This ottoman is perfect. My daughter and her family love it! You can rest your feet or reverse cushion for a tray. It comes in handy when you are gathered together in family room. The qualiry is very nice as well.
