Exactly as represented. Looks fab at the end of my bed.

This storage ottoman is as described, except for two things. First, the fawn color pictured on the Houzz site is much darker than the actual color - it is actually more grey than brown. Second, the website does not mention that you should not use it as a toy chest for fear of suffocation…unfortunately, that was what I bought it for. We’re still keeping it - as I’m always with my grandchildren. But I would not have purchased if this warning in the chest was noted on the product description - which should obviously be updated.

It was exactly what I was looking for and the appearance a d quality was much higher than I had anticipated

Our fault for not reading the description, but the storage ottoman is not as tall as we expected when we ordered it. However, the height ended up being perfect! We ordered this to put at the end of our taller than average bed, so the dog could get up and down easier and more safely. Storage is handy for extra sheets and blankets too.

This ottoman works perfectly in my space! I was worried that the “tanners brown” color would be too brown for my black couch, but it goes really well with it! Assembly was super easy too.

I wish the lid on this storage ottoman could open a full 90 degrees, but beyond that it works perfect for blanket and linen storage at the end of the bed and as a step for our toddlers and dogs to use when getting up and down off of the master bed. Padding on top is also comfortable as a seat.

It's nice. I wished it was a little bit bigger.
