Real furniture at RTA prices

Looks and feels like it fell out of a time warp from the 1960s. The wood is heavy and solid, the drawers glide smoothly, and the style and size are perfect. The finish is handsomer than I expected.

Perfect end table

We had been looking for a long time trying to find the best end table to go with our teak chair and monkey pod wood coffee table. This table was the perfect color and style .

Great table, however...

I love this table and have already purchased two others in the series after receiving this one (coffee table and entryway table). The medium auburn brown color is beautiful and matches well with our other furniture. Assembly was incredibly easy, just screw the legs on. The only problems is there appears to be fingerprint smudges on one side as if someone had paint on their hands while making the table. I've tried to no avail to get it to come off and short of sanding it, don't think it can be done. That will have to be the side that I put my couch on so it isn't visible. Other than that, this is a solid piece and I look forward to receiving the other tables, but hopefully without any paint smudges.

We bought a Mid Century Modern Home and I needed some end table to go with the sofa and chairs. I looked all over and found these at another site but they were twice the price which was more than my budget allowed. So a google search brought up Home Depot. These are super nice and my husband said they went together fairly quickly. He did them after work on two separate nights. I am very pleased. They complete the MCM look I was going for.

I like nice things but I'm not rolling in money. Add to that, as I've gotten older, I really find I don't like to "go shopping" preferring instead to buy online. I know that's bad for our local economy but it is what it is. Buying furniture online takes some serious research. The things that mattered to me were all checked off with this end table (and the matching coffee table) -- real wood, little to no assembly, style, delivered to my door, and a really good price. The buying process was easy. I received regular shipping updates and the pieces were packed to perfection. The packing material was custom made specifically for these pieces. They arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed.
