Cabinet dead space organizer

I have searched on multiple websites and several retailors for an organizer that would fill my cabinet next to my dishwasher and fridge to remove dead space an utilize space. None of the local retailers have an organizer small enough to fit this space and online you can purchase a heavy wooden organizer for almost $400. However, once that organizer is installed it is permanently in the home it's installed in and cannot be moved to another home.

Easy to assemble. About as sturdy as you can expect for the price and dimensions. Some sharp edges on the pieces due to cheaper materials and molding process. Wheels roll even on carpet but does not turn; liable to tip if too much is on the top shelf.
