The screen came ripped. No wonder because the quality of the screen was so poor and cheap. Couldn’t find where/how to return the item on the website....not very user friendly to make return!

Expected it to be made from heavier wrought iron, but it's definitely not flimsy either.Much better than what I had before. Curvature of the upper bar matches the arch of the fireplace quite nicely, by pure coincidence. Good value for the price.

The screen itself looks nice, but it came bent badly and I had to return. I like it enough to try again.

Lightweight product, not well made.

While I had high hopes for this product, unfortunately the one I received had numberous holes in the screen, was poorly constructed and not as substantial as I had hoped. Doesn't say much for the manufacturer's quality control process. However, the design was nice and it was very slim if that what's you are looking for. Returned to store.

Very disappointed!!

The quality of this screen is very poor for the price. It was missing some of the hardware and there was black stuff all over the screen. We're going to try exchanging hoping the first one was just defective.
