Useless product
The armrest sat at least 4 inches above the armrest of my mom's wheelchair making it unusable and it has a hard insert so not comfortable. You cannot simply cancel and return your order, you have to wait for customer service to contact you. For two of these, there is a $35 restocking fee and it was $60 to ship them back. I would never buy from this company again.
