Holes didn’t line up and I didn’t get the over. Who do I contact about getting the cover??

Missing multiple items.

Trampoline did not come with the top cover, shoe bag or stakes for the ground like advertised. Also missing the bolt for the basketball hoop. Company will not respond to my emails about missing pieces.

best bounce for your buck

this trampoline is real easy to assemble and comes with everything. net, shoe holder, ladder and even a basketball hoop. keep in mind that it comes in 3 boxes. 2 of them came on one day and the third which was small came the following day. I liked how it came with everything and has a great bounce for myself at 230 pounds and for my 40 pound kid. 14ft is bigger than you think so make sure you measure your yard before buying.

Safe and Sturdy Frame and Cage

we are so pleased with this item. It has a strong and sturdy frame. The kids love jumping on the trampoline and I feel safe with the cage around the trampoline. The kids also love the basketball hoop. This is highly recommended by us.

Great product

The trampoline is amazing . Really sturdy built . Has a basketball hoop so my grandson was thrilled about that . Shipping was kinda slow and only half of it came after being delayed already then the other half came a week later but after getting installed we are happy with the quality .

looks like a good trampoline so far . on the other hand fed ex is just an awful delivery service . They changed the delivery date 3 times . they have a terrible customer service worst ive ever seen .

Not what I ordered

The trampoline I ordered was supposed to come with a top cover. Instead, I got one with no cover and a basketball hoop. The kids were excited about the basketball hoop, but I live in a heavily wooded area, so I was looking forward to the top cover keeping leaves out. The holes where the safety poles are supposed to bolt in dont line up. I got the bottom bolts in fine, but the top ones didn't have enough space to fit in. I ended up getting some pipe clamps to secure it. They wont be perfect but they'll work better than a single bolt.

My neighbor bought this trampoline, and the quality was pretty good. My son likes it very much. He often jumped with the neighbor's children. Unfortunately, he is going to move. My boy is sad. Next month is his birthday; I decided to give him a trampoline as a gift, chose a lot of trampoline on Walmart.com, and decided to SKYBOUND, but now is too early to buy it, I will give him a surprise.
