Not a good towel

I bought several of these in a variety of colors. They lasted about 6-7 months and I had to dispose of them. I noticed all of these pulled out threads, I cut several and each time I washed them there were more and more. Not at all pleased with them.

Plush and top quality. This towel is thick and comfortable. It looks pretty to keep out for display and is functional as well.

You Try To Do Something Nice For Yourself

These towels are, without question, the worst purchase I have made in my adult life. They are nothing but enormous lint rags, waiting to shed everywhere. Washing these towels produced so much lint in my dryer that I had to purchase a vacuum attachment to remove it all. I've washed them 5 times, each time my lint trap is completely full. This makes them significantly less soft/absorbent as well.

Great Towels.

I was in the market for some new towels. Went through my old towels and found Charisma towels which have lasted for a really long time. So I was happy when I found that BB&B still sold them. I hope these last as long as my old ones did.

Misleading Description

I was supposed to receive a quantity of 12 washcloths. Instead, I received one hand towel.

Avoid Macys!

I placed the order for pickup and was not notified about the order for 2 weeks. When I finally did get them, the towels were fine but Macy’s Customer Service was awful. I was double charged for this purchase several weeks ago and am still trying to get it resolved.

Bad picture, confusing!

I thought I was getting a complete set of towels for the price… The price is for only one towel! Really? Show a picture with one towel. It’s very confusing I did return, but what a waste of time.

Delivered to wrong address. No refund issued.
