Excellent! But doesn’t last more than 4 years

It’s an excellent chopping board but after 4 years the black is coming off in little specs into the food and needs to be replaced.

Shows wear

Nice and light, durable, but shows wear quite a bit after use compared to harder wood board. Black colour fades a bit and cutting lines are quite visible.

I have the small, med, and now this one to replace a brown version in this size I've had for over a decade. They are the best, I use them all every day. Substantial but not too heavy, easy to clean, and good looking.

Great, Practical, Cutting Board

I was a skeptical of these cutting boards at first, since they looked like a piece of common hardboard ('Masonite'). I was accustomed to the white, soft, plastic, cutting boards, and own several of those in different sizes. But we use them at work, on a continuous basis, in a commercial kitchen, and they are washed in commercial dishwashers. Some are more than 10 years old, and they really hold up.

Love these Epicurean cutting boards. My husband and I have several in different sizes. They take up little space and are dishwasher friendly (a huge bonus). Happy to have gotten one on sale from Bloomingdales.

Just plain AWESOME!

I have 5 of these in my home. 2 I use daily in my kitchen, 2 I use in my downstairs kitchen for preparing snacks or using with our BBQ and the last one is used in the garage by my husband. These cutting boards are easy on knives, fully protect the countertop and it's impossible to cut through them (at least with normal use). These perform so much better than plastic cutting boards. Plus, these are made in Superior, WI and it's a family run business. You can't get better than that! Stop looking for a cutting board and give this one a try. You can also find them in a couple of other colors, too.
