Delivered damaged
Waited 2 months for delivery. Couch was delivered with a hole in it. Was told they would order another and pick this one up when the new one was delivered. One month later, and the result is that I have had to buy and pay for another couch up front. When the new one is delivered in 2-3 months, they will refund the initial couch. So two days off work to wait for deliveries and money out for two couches. Horrible customer service. Have the warranty, but that doesn't help in this case. Buyer beware! Horrible company to work with. The couch is overall pretty good. Leather is decent quality. It isn't very deep so uncomfortable unless sitting reclined but okay if reclined.
