Scratched up, badly, upon arrival.

First, the delivery date changed after I purchased the item to be 2 weeks later, then arrived 2 days late instead. That was irritating and confusing all in one motion. Then I received it, opened it, and it’s scratched to heck and back. Scratched up on stand and the keyboard tray, of course the side that’s scratched up like crazy is only on the visible side. Cant flip it over since there are predrilled holes on the other side. The scratches aren’t minor, either. It is scratched through the thick vinyl, exposing the wood underneath. Extremely dissatisfied.

Love it! The only thing I can say about the Shelf I purchased is that it is exactly what I was looking for. The item comes from the Bestar Connexion collection, and it is made from quality materials that only add to the attractiveness of the piece.
