Feels cheap, doesn't fit my partner (who is within the stated range), play in base, uncomfortable

Poor experience and I'm mad I will have to either return this and eat a fee or keep it so I don't have to go through the hassle.

Great chair minus the wheels

Wheels do not work well on hardwood floors and drag. I spoke to a customer service agent and they recommended spending additional money for wheels that can actually spin. For this price you would expect the product to be well rounded from top to bottom. The chair is comfortable and aesthetic with great back support.

Daily chair

I have been loving my new Daily chair! When it first arrived I was taking it upstairs and my neighbor said “I have that same chair!” and he said it’s great, so that was good advertising. The chair looks so nice in my living room and doesn’t seem like a sterile office chair, but still looks professional. The sky blue color is very pretty as well. The chair is clearly made from high quality materials and the seat is SO comfy, the best office chair I’ve had. It’s plush without feeling too squishy and is still supportive. I think Branch has the best comfortable and nice looking office chairs at a good price compared to other places to have ergonomic chairs for like $600-$1000

Really like it but weird back noise

This chair looks really good, was easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable. My only complaint would be that when you lean forward, the back of the chair makes a weird sound as if air is coming out of it

Love my new chair!

I purchased the Daily Chair in mahogany vegan leather. It is so comfortable and looks great with my mahogany desk. I put it together myself in 30 minutes or less. I also purchased the Branch laptop stand with it and I feel like my posture is better and I have less pain after sitting at my desk all day. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Originally 5 stars but after a month of daily use for a WFH setup the chair makes a terrible squeaking/plastic noise with nearly every movement. In my opinion a $250 chair should not be squeaking after normal use for a month.

Good Chair

Can be loud sitting into it but pretty comfortable

Back Pain

I purchased this chair to try and alleviate lower back pain. This chair actually increased the pain because of the posture it puts you in. I tried to return it 56 days later (shame on me for not researching better that there is only a 30 day return window). Branch will not make an exception and allow me to return it. I simply didn’t have time to test the chair adequately within 30 days because I was out of town most of it. To put this in perspective I’m currently sitting on a solid oak kitchen chair that provides more comfort than this Branch chair. Would not recommend for comfort, but also disappointing customer service and return policy.

Affordable Great Chair

I had tried this chair because my friend has one and it was instantly exactly what I wanted my desk chair to feel like. I showed the chair to my Physical Therapist and it met all the requirements recommended. It has been helping me stay as free as possible when working and playing games online. It is affordable and not from a large brand where quality is sacrificed. I also love the cute colors that they come in.

The chair is great!

The chair is very comfortable, but it is also not huge (I was looking for a small, non-bulky desk chair).

As Expected

Chair feels sturdy and seat is well cushioned. Not as comfortable as more ergonomic chairs but a small sacrifice to make if you are wanting a more stylish chair.

Stains Extremely Easily

At first everything was great about this chair - easy to assemble, easy to adjust, and more importantly comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. However, I discovered that the fabric stains extremely easily. I apologize for the TMI, but I went for a run during my lunch break, and after coming back home and cooling down a bit, I sat down at my desk. Evidently the sweat stained the seat and the back and over a week later the stain is still there. It is wild to me that sweat could so drastically stain the fabric. If you are considering buying this chair, I'd highly recommend buying it in black.

Excellent for maintaining proper posture

I was looking for a chair that was comfortable and also aesthetically low impact and this checked both boxes. It can sit and work at my desk comfortably for hours, and when not in use it looks very sleek neatly tucked under my desk.

Love this chair

Got this chair a few weeks back and it’s been great! I was using a nice-looking Wayfair task chair for the last few years, but it definitely wasn't ergonomic. Now that I'm working from home every day, this chair has saved my hips and back. The fabric is nice, you can adjust the armrests up and down, and there's a nice lean to it. Is it a Herman Miller? No, but it's also $300 chair not a $1,500 one. If you're looking for a great looking chair that's comfy and doesn't break the bank, then add this to your cart!
