I purchased this chair for my living room and just received it today. Thumb ups for the delivery. However, I’m not very satisfied with the product. As you can see from a few pictures (only allowed to attach 3 pics), the item came defective/imperfections and looks like used product, it’s not worth the money. Contacted customer service and they are reluctant and not willing to work with you to provide a better customer service.
