I bought these chairs for the lobby area at our business abd they look and sit great. We've even had someone ask where they came from so they could get some for their business. We are very happy with this purchase.

It is difficult to make the screws align with the holes in the bottom of the seat/back portions. I guess the Chinese guys are not able to make them right….

This chair is perfect!! It is most comfortable. It has a really nicely padded seat and back rest. the padded arms add extra comfort. it is nice and wide and perfect height from the floor, also a very sturdy chair. I have a salon and all of my patrons love the comfort of the chair. I am very happy happy happy with my purchase of the two chairs. I also want to add that when the chairs were delivered and we assembled them, one of the parts was defective. Sams Club customer service responded right away and resolved the situation and promptly replaced the chair. I am extremely satisfied with the product and customer service of Sams Club. I will definitely buy more of this chair when I expand my sitting area. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sams Club. Ive had my membership for years and am always satisfied with service and products. I highly recommend this chair.

Easy to assemble. Seem sturdy, comfortable and able to wipe off easily. Replacing cloth chairs in our waiting room that we could not properly/thoroughly wipe down.

These chairs are really comfortable. They are not that easy to put together. But once you get them together they are very professional.

Very well built, but the seat is very hard.

Not worth it

Really hard to level out. I bought 4. One did not come with screws the company had to mail them. And another chair had broken threading so I couldn't even finish screwing the bolts in. Spend a little more and get better quality.

I'VE ONLY HAD THIS CHAIR FOR A WEEK OR TWO, SO I DON'T KNOW OF IT'S DURABILITY. IT WAS EXTREMELY EAST TO ASSEMBLE. I USE IT AS MY PUTER DESK CHAIR. IT WORKS PRETTY WELL AND SLIDES OK ON MY CARPETED FLOOR. I HATE THOSE THOSE PLASTIC MATS FOR WHEEL CHAIRS. I PAID $89 FOR IT AND THATS ABOUT AS HIGH AS I WOULD GO. IT'S PRETTY COMFORTABLE & GOOD CHAIR ALL AROUND
