Lightweight and unobtrusive. We have an open concept great room feeding into a kitchen island. We have two Italian leather recliners backing up to the pathway between living room and kitchen so we couldn't afford visually large or dominant stools to clash with the other decor. These stools are a good solution. They hold at least 240 lbs with a very slender yet contemporary profile. They slide under the overhang when not in use. While not designed for hours of comfortable seating, they work for temporary meal seating or kibitzing with a party crowd. I wish I had had a choice of seat colors but this grey/white was all there was. I Scotchguarded just in case.

I spent too much on my kitchen renofor for it to be overshadowed by counter stools. These stools are understated which are perfect. Surprisingly sturdy and I love the seat fabric so that I want to find its equivalent to reupholster my dining room chair seats. UPDATE: Examine your purchase carefully! Despite great packing, one of the chair cushions is badly soiled (and impossible to hide). I assume it happened before/during the packing process as the exterior of the box was in good condition. Here's hoping a good fabric cleaner removes it.

Good quality stools

We wanted stools to fit snugly under our granite island and we also wanted upholstered seats. Little did I know I would look at probably a thousand stools on various websites until I found these. Marsha Stewart quality, lightweight, nice neutral upholstery. I ordered 2 to start, and once we were satisfied with the quality and the fit under the island, I ordered 2 more (at **% off for Labor Day sale!). Very satisfied.

I got two stools. They are quality and beautiful just like the photos. They are light weight but very sturdy. The fabric is elegant. Also I like the pads on the bottom, they don’t leave marks on my hardwood floor.

OK quality stool

The ordering process was easy and I appreciated overstock providing coupons. The app and email updates made it easy to keep up with the status and delivery of the items. The items arrived quickly in 3 individual boxes. All items were packaged well and had no damage. The stools are very lightweight which is a plus for the hardwood floors. I added felt to the existing rubber pads. Although the weight limit says 300lbs, the item seems to flimsy to handle that amount of weight. The stool is sleek and minimal and sits nicely up against my counter. Overall, I am not convinced the quality is worth the price but I am hoping to be proven wrong over time. The color fabric was a darker gray then it appeared on my screen but this can be expected when shopping online. It does seem like it would be fairly easy to change the fabric. I am satisfied with the purchase but not overwhelmed with joy in the quality. I hope they will hold up for a long time.

These looked nicer in person than I expected. The material is so soft to the touch and looks lovely in my space. One less star bc they are a bit wobbly (when an adult sits on them, the weight prevents wobbling, but it still wobbles with my kids sitting, or when no one is sitting). It’s not a major issue.

Just what I was looking for. Small but sturdy for a backless stool. Would definitely purchase again.

They’re comfortable and we love that they’re compact. The quality is decent, but for the price was expecting something a little sturdier. They are light weight and will tip over easily. For the price, we expected something slightly better quality, but they’re a great option to last a couple years.

I bought two. They look good. Just what I wanted. Low profile, not intrusive at the bar that extends into the living room in a small one-bedroom apartment.

I am very pleased with the purchase. It is light and steady. Most of all, all the fancy stools have high back seatings that I do not like. This one can be under the table without disrupt the view to the kitchen and counter top.

These are really beautiful, and the images are very accurate. They are solid, and the fabric is high quality. I have two kittens that have been scratching them for about a month and they are still in PERFECT condition. No loose threads or anything. The same cannot be said about the rest of my furniture.

Nice barstools but smaller than I imagined. They are very light which makes them easy to move around but not exactly what I was looking for. They did come assembled so that part was nice
