The seat cushions are extremely firm. I am hoping that they soften with time. They tend to get a little uncomfortable if sat in for too long.

They look great and are really comfortable. The only negative is that they get very fingerprint-y. Whenever you touch them, the oils in your hands (even if clean and dry) leave marks. So, I have to wipe them down often. But really - they look and feel great!

Very happy with these counter/bar chairs! They are comfy and although they are vinyl they do not look cheap in the dark grey color I bought. The only critique would be that you can quickly see greasy finger marks but it’s easy to wipe off.

The stool looks very modern. The seat is quite firm, so make sure you are ok with that. The shipping is missing the screws, but the customer service was very responsive. I should be getting those parts in two days.

AN AMAZING COMPANY

I ordered three bar stools and only received one (Not BizChairs fault). FedEx apparently returned my other two chairs without notifying me that they had attempted to deliver or whatever the situation may be. I called BizChair to inform them of what happened without my consent, and they took care of the situation immediately for me! I was under the impression that I was going to have to place a new order after going through the return process and having a return fee deducted, but I did not have to do this because of the situation with FedEx. It is just truly appreciated to have a company who cares about their customers. BizChair also offers the fastest shipping. I placed my order Wednesday and I had my merchandise on Friday of the same week. Also, the quality of these barstools are top notch at such a competitive price I doubt you'll be able to find them cheaper!
