Foam stained some boards in box

When i opened the box to assemble the desk, the wrapped starfoam or foam that was in the box to protect the desk, one of the foams had leaked on the black boards and are stained or dried on, i tried scrapping the foam off but did not come off completely come off, i then used a black marker to try and cover it up, it somewat hides it.

Missing pieces. No label on parts

This item would have been great if the items were not missing. Also PLEASE label said items so it would be easy to identify the items instead of relying on pictures.

Nice table

I used it as a home office table. It fits my purpose. Now I don’t need to lift up my arm on the table as I have a keyboard tray under the table. I like it. It just still has a strong of wood like scent that doesn’t dissipate yet. Other than that it is a good table with a good price.

This desk is sturdy and just what I was needing with a pullout keyboard tray.

Support à clavier trop bas

Le format est bien, très compacte. Par contre, la tablette pour le clavier s'installe beaucoup trop bas. Il aurait fallu prévoir des ajustements pour pouvoir la mettre plus haute, elle laisse très peu de dégagement pour les jambes, nous avons du la retirer.

It took a while to put together but all the parts were in the box and it looks very nice once put together.

It came timely and is a nice little desk for a work office. It had a few scratches in the black, but it came with a correction marker.

Shortage on the cams that are to put top of desk in place. Pieces of desk were not labeled, which made it difficult to match pieces with directions. Definitely a job for 2 people.

It was fairly easy to assemble but some of the hardware for the keyboard tray was missing. I had to email the manufacture to get replacements. It’s a good sturdy desk.

Exactly what I wanted

Desk was just as described online.

My desk came slightly damaged in shipping - a little crack on one end. My son put it together for me. It looks good and is sturdy - just what I wanted.. I live in a retirement home. The desk was delivered, and apparently they were told to take it to the back door. Somehow it ended up in the garbage room, and wasn't discovered for at least 2 days. I don't know if the problem arouse because of your delivery people, or my retirement home staff.

Wood chips but desk looks great after setup!

This product is made out of wood which I did not realize. It looked dirty and dusty upon receiving with lots of scratches and chippings. The parts were not labeled and the instructions were kind of confusing. I put the parts together based upon pictures and I eventually figured out how to put it together with the help of my boyfriend. The keyboard part was the hardest and it does sit a little low but it’s fine as I’m 5’7 so I’m able to make do. Anyone taller may want to do without the keyboard part. Mine came missing the end part of the shelves which is not a big part. I called it in and the company sent it out within 2 business days so now I’m just waiting to receive it which takes up a little over a week altogether. I was still able to put parts together without it and will add that part once I receive it. After cleaning it off and using the black market included to cover up the peelings, the desk looks big, spacious, and great!! I wouldn’t move it around too much because it does peel a lot. I even had a chunk missing off the back but the top part of the table ended up covering it. All in all, the table is definitely doing it’s job!!

Garbage customer service

Terrible customer service, dont even give the tracking number or anything so cant even see where the item is.. need to step it up its 2022 and still service like the 90s...
