Love the chair-BUT- it is very low to the ground. Description says seat height is 19 inches (which was one of the main reasons I bought it). Seat height is actually 16 inches. I am going to make oak risers to match the arms to make it a more comfortable height. If it was actually a 19 inch seat height, I would have given it 5 stars.

This Chair is NOT LEATHER Whatsoever.
I found this chair quite comfortable, actually, but the chair is NOT LEATHER!!!! This chair is made out of some type of "leather inspired" FABRIC upholstery. As I rubbed my hands on the chair, I could see the cotton/polyester fiber strands starting to rise from the upholstery. The chair has a lower profile than a standard chair, but that part didn't really bother me as much. Had the chair been advertised as a "faux leather" chair (and at a much lower price), I probably would have kept the chairs. This was definitely a disappointment for me. I was excited about pairing these chairs with my vintage leather sofa. 🙁 The images in the website are different from the chairs I received. From a distance, the chairs don't look bad at all. As you walk up closer, though, you can see that the upholstery looks cheap... ...and NOT LEATHER. If you want comfort, this chair may be ideal for you. However, if you are searching for true leather furniture, DO NOT buy these chairs. My search for the "perfect" leather chair continues.... Happy shopping.

The title AND description of this chair indicates that it made of leather and that is absolutely 100% FALSE! It is, in no way, made of leather. The upholstery on this chair is a fabric that is made to "look" like leather....although it really doesn't. Notice in my photos where I peeled back the upholstery. You can see the fabric backing on this man-made material. I am returning the chairs for a refund. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE DISCRIPTION!

Ok, the most important thing you need to know is the chair does NOT look distressed, vintage, or worn like the photo. It is also NOT FULL GRAIN LEATHER. False advertising here!!! This was disappointing because that was one of it's appeals. If you are OK with that, it's a great chair otherwise. For cheap leather it feels and looks fine. I have a real hard time believing it's "full grain" leather as advertised. Honestly, it looks like they show photos of a nicer version of the actual chair. The leather looks nicer in the photos than in real life. I feel like there's a lot of false advertising going on here. Doesn't look super expensive, but also doesn't look like cheap pleather. It's of acceptable quality. It's very comfortable and you can have a slight bounce/ rock to it because of the way the base is made, which I like. I bought two. One came damaged and one was fine. The damage appeared to be from shipping. I mostly blame UPS for this, but it also could have been packaged much better. The chair is also pretty short. The back comes to my hip and I'm only 5'2. All in all I would recommend this chair, but I was pretty disappointed the photos misrepresent the distressing. If I had known that I may not have bought it, but I'm still very happy with the chair.
