Means well... needs work

The fragrance is lovely, but the candle itself is disappointing - very poor burn quality, a steady burn over hours produces a tunnel down the center of the candle & lots of wasted wax. I'd like to use more soy candles but this one is not selling me at all :-(

smell good but wastes wax

I don't know why I keep buying these candles hoping they will burn better and not "tunnel." I love Target but I have wasted money so many times on these and they always burn this way. At $14 a pop I shouldn't be constantly cutting the wax on the sides down because it hasn't melted and the wick is getting to the bottom. Not worth the money.

WONDERFUL SCENT

This candle is very attractive, and it has a beautiful fragrance. It is definitely an asset to my home. I plan to buy more to add the beauty.

Calming Smell

This candle has a wonderful soft smell. Classy container with an easy fitting wood top to keep the wax dust free. Highly recommend for Calmness and Serenity.

Smells Like Thyme

While I like this candle, I don't love it. The blend doesn't have much throw, and I smell more thyme than lavender.

Wonderful Candle

I have purchased the Serenity/Calm candle two times. The second time I ordered two of them. I have asthma and have to be careful of candle scents. This one is very pleasant, clean and fresh, and not overpowering. I will be purchasing again!

Serenity in a Jar

True spa-like smell. Very soothing. My favorite candle over the last 18mo, and I am a true candle snob. I purchase and make my own, and this can’t be beat. Has a great throw, burns evenly and burns until there is nothing left in jar. Do not hesitate to try!

Broken Glass Shards

This will be the second time these candles arrived completely broken. There were shards of glass everywhere. I cut my finger and even got a shard of glass in my foot. It must have gotten out of the box when I opened it. This is ridiculous that Target cannot bubble wrap glass items. So disappointed.

Like this scent

I have bought this candle twice. It’s not too strong, but it is a relaxing and gentle scent. I don’t like heavy fragrance or perfume smells, but this is very nice.

GREAT candle, especially for the price

LOVE this candle! I'm not sure why this one is so much cheaper than the other scents, but the lavender thyme is lovely. I keep buying these Mind And Body Chesapeake Bay candles over and over again because they burn nicely, smell great, and last a long time.

Smells lovely, but low throw

This candle has a lovely herbal fragrance. It is very relaxing & does make you feel like you’re in an expensive spa getting a massage. I would not describe this as a floral scent. It is herbaceous. Unfortunately, it has a very low throw. If it was stronger, I’d buy this candle in bulk!

Oh So sSoft!

I just bought 4 of the Chesapeake Bay Collection candles and this being one of them. It has the most wonderful SOFT aroma wafting thru my kitchen. I left the house to bring son to school (I did not leave candle unattended ;) ) and when I came back I was greeted with the most pleasant, soft lavender, rosemary and other scents. I like gentle smells not strong so 'this' is what it is. A keeper. Oh and by the way the colored jar glows so pretty! :)
