These sconces are smaller than I’d expected but they are very nice. We haven’t put them up yet so I’m not sure about how much Light they emit yet. I’ll probably update my review once they’re up.

Affordable Modern Upgrade

Put up our Laplusbelle 1 Light Matte Black Aluminum Hardwired LED Outdoor Wall Lantern Sconces a week ago and what a difference to the front of our house. We finally have the sleek, simple, modern look we've been wanting. Outdoor lights can be expensive in pairs and we had to have a set of two. These lights are well made. The light is glass, not plastic. Something to keep that in mind, it will reflect off your brick or siding color. The color of the light is a warm white, however our brick is a reddish-orange and since these lights face the brick it provides a reddish-orange glow (see photo). The only other thing to keep in mind is the screw holes are located on the sides. On one side our shutter is super close to the sconce (old house) so we used caulk to help seal the side next to the shutter. Installation was very standard in replacing an outside light. Nothing unique or difficult. We really love the modern look.

Love The Look...Love The Set

If it wasn't clear in my title, I really like the look of these outdoor wall sconces. Best of all, they come in a two pack. The light fixture housing is made of metal that feels sturdy and durable. Wiring up these light fixtures is simple. It is the typical 3-wire installation. The light fixtures have a warmer color temperature. When they turn on, they do not provide an overwhelming amount of light, but it is enough for the look and location they have been designed for.

Bold looks and effective lighting

I moved into this home to discover the wall sconces had cloth wiring (house has normal wiring) and missing the light covers. Looking for something more contemporary, my exhaustive search stopped when I came across this Laplusbelle matte black wall sconce! I like the fact that they come in a 2-pack instead of me purchasing 2 singles (and with my luck, only 1 would be in stock when I need 2 – LOL). That bold, contemporary look is what really appealed to me, not to mention energy savings thanks to the built-in LED lights. I used these sconces to flank the patio door entrance to my non-insulated 3-season weight room that is currently undergoing renovation. Install was a breeze and comes with everything you need. Once installed and lit in the evening, I can lift and not be blinded by light (versus the old sconce that was there that had the exposed light bulb).

Formal entrance rocks the modern look...I'm in love!

For two years, I have been looking for the right touch for the formal front entrance, the "official" front door to the home, as compared to the ones that enter the kitchen or mudroom. I knew the exterior needed something on either side of the door, but we don't have a lot of space between the door and the front windows. We also tend not to like ornate accents, and the funky carriage-house lights that were there when we bought the place HAD. TO. GO.
