It really is a great product, but one of the kids completely split and then shattered on our second use. Otherwise it works great.

Elite gourmet buffet server

It arrived damaged with a cracked arm rail. Very frustrating to be mailed a broken item!!!!I would not recommend buying this!

good product

Good size, fits well on the island for self serve. The knobs are a plus as they easy to grab. this is a 2 n 1 as I also use it just as a warming dock. Recommend if you do any entertaining

Good quality and practical

Elegant stainless steel food warmer with or without the 2.5 Qt. containers. The steel and plastic covers are thin but they work fine. Hope it will be durable.

Stopped working after only a few uses

Heating element stopped working after only a few uses. Too cheap to be able to buy replacement parts. Don't waste your money on this.

Junk

I purchased the two and three piece warmers and they are junk. I went off reviews but that’s not the case they are junk and don’t warm food it ruined my thanksgiving because I thought I’d put food into these and didn’t buy any backup to keep things warm. I sent back.

I love the sets I bought for Thanksgiving. Could have used one more! The secret is to get the plates hot and the tray before you put your hot food in, They can sit for sometime. There was a previous remark about the plastic covers, but they are light, see through and very easy to clean in the dish wash. Oh yeah, I saved to boxes to store them in, until next time. :)

Great buffet server!

This works great! This is perfect for all the parties I cook for for my husband's co-workers. Don't let other reviewers dissuade you when they can't be bothered to read what they're buying. The size is clearly stated. Each individual serving tray holds 2.5 quarts. The dimensions of the main body warming tray is 8 inches by 18 inches. It seems wrong to give a low rating because someone couldn't take the time to read the item description. This is a good product and serves the purpose it was made for. I'm looking forward to trying out using the warming tray without the inserts to hold warm appetizers.

Shipping needs to be better

I think this would have been great to use. I bought it to use for Thanksgiving. However it was damaged. Dented and one lid was broken in pieces. Had to return it.

Smaller than anticipated

It was way smaller than anticipated. I took it out to use it for Thanksgiving yesterday. The pans are insanely small and the warmer was large enough for two pans. That didn't help at all. We were only hosting 16 people. I thought for sure this would be perfect. I'm going to return it for something larger.

This unit is by far the best quality and most versatile buffet warmer for food that I have found, especially at this price point! I love the 3 dish design, the lids are molded to the bowl and while the lids are plastic I love how the knobs on each lid are designed with safety in mind , standing up and away from the lid itself ( I took a photo of this so y’all can see what I am saying!) . I love how this buffet warmer has a knob to be able to adjust the heat. The ring (it’s actually rectangular in shape) with the 3 buffet containers can easily be removed so you can keep hot appetizers nice and heated ( mini meatballs, pigs in blankets, mini knishes, etc). This unit is a”perfect size to set up on top of an island , buffet in a dining room, / a kitchen counter. This entertaining piece is perfect as a wedding gift, or for anyone who likes to host dinner parties. I love that it’s ready to go out of the box! Great buffett server

I truly am impressed with the overall quality, durability, functionality, and design of this Stainless Steel Buffet Server and Warming Tray. There are a total of 3 buffet trays included and each tray is 2.5 quarts. The coolest feature is that you don't have to use the included trays and instead you can use your other dinnerware or a foil pan especially if you are trying to keep a larger casserole warm or something similar. I however prefer the 3 trays because I can keep several different food items warm at the same time. Each tray comes with its own lid. The lids have a built-in slot for serving utensils. This is nice because it holds the utensils in place and keeps them from laying in your food. This buffet server offers a low, medium, and high heat setting that you can easily adjust as needed. I also love that this buffet server is easy to clean and also dishwasher safe. I highly recommend this product as it won't disappoint. Less

Perfect for Family Gatherings!

This is a great way to create a buffet table for our famnily gatherings. The versatile appliance can be an hors d' oevres server withouth the top part, or can switch to a buffet server. Perfectly warms your food and holds more than enough of each type of food.My only critique would be that the lids could be sturdier/more substantial, but it's definitely the best option for what I am looking for. I may have to get a couple more of these for my next party.

Works good

My elite platinum electric buffet server is a life saver! It works amazing for big family events and holidays. Keeps everyone from having to rewarm up food. Its keeps the food warm and shuts off when it gets to a certain temperature so the food doesn't burn. The only down to this product are the lids. The lids are like a cheap plastic. The lids do have a spot for your serving spoons so they can stay in the food and not have to be removed. Overall, its a nice product.

Works great

Bought this for a small birthday party. We had 12 people including ourselves and this was the perfect size.I was worried about the plastic lids but didn’t have issues like the other reviews.I suggest turning on and heating the system before the event. When first turned on it has a burning smell. I was worried the lids were melting but it wasn’t. The smell went away but, I wished I had tested it beforehand.I can see myself using this for future gatherings. Worked perfectly.

Doesn’t get that hot

Now if you want food to have a hint of heat, this might work. But if you want things to soup warm then no. I haven’t actually used it for a party yet but did put two cups of water in each container and turned to maximum. Once thermostat turned off, I was able to comfortably put my hand in water for as long as I wanted. Wife dismissed and asked me to return both of them.It is not recommended or suggested but the engineer in me couldn’t stop. I did open the thing and pulled thermostat a little away to make it heat a bit more. It did heat a bit more and now my hand feels a little discomfort at max setting. Still not up to par with what we wanted.

EXCELLENT!!

These BUFFET SERVERS are fabulous!! I bot 2. Altho I thought the containers were a little bit smaller, they really are a great size for a party! Thanksgiving will be the 1st time I actually use them. I'm hoping that they'll keep everything warm, from turkey, mashed & gravy, the different veggies, & to my dinner rolls!! I know my family will love it! As for other parties & BBQ'S, I know they'll be GREAT! They'll keep my food warm, from appetizers, to meat & all, & I figure I can even use them unplugged for salads! WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG TO BUY THESE?! Well, I have them now, & they'll be put to alot of use!
