The dresser came broken, they picked it up on Friday, 01/03/2024 and they still haven't replaced it or returned the money.
Box and wood arrived with a hole in it. Reached out to the company and never received anything back. They sent upstairs to pick up the item without informing me and I was not home at the time. I spoke to ups and explained what was going on and they understood. I then sent another email to the company and it’s been a week now and still no response from them. Very disappointing, especially when I wasted over $200 for it.

do not buy!!! it is made of cheap material and doesn't withhold weight. I would not recommend this to anyone

Missing pieces!!!
Half the pieces were missing for the dresser. We were missing the sides, the back and a drawer. Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide a proper review due to me not being able to utilize the dresser because of the missing pieces. I wish I read the reviews because it appears others have experienced the same issue.

If I could give zero stars i would. Look... PLEASE pay attention people. This dresser is sold through "homesquare" look up the customer review for this company yourself. They are NOT lies. I ordered a dresser, it came on time BUT was missing SO many parts. Along with the fact that the parts aren't labeled. The instructions aren't labeled. The instruction book looked like a coloring book black and white pictures thats it. I'll be paying attention next time to company selling products on walmart.com smh HORRIBLE. HOPEFULLY I get my return soon.
