I originally slept on an older model of this mattress and it was the best sleep I ever had, so I had to get this one, and let me tell you, this one is better. This mattress has the perfect mix of firmness with a little pillowy softness on top. Great sleeper.

We just put this on the frame. So far so good when used as a bed. Since it’s memory foam, when sitting on the ends it sinks in too much to be comfortable. Still hasn’t inflated to the full 14inches but it’s close.

It is certainly medium to firm. Not plush. But it is comfortable enough. However, it is sold as a 14 but it never inflated fully. It is 12 in 3 corners and 11 on the other one. Would not buy this brand anymore. Misleading.

Love this mattress! Perfect size, super comfy and great price! I unpacked it and gave it 48 hours before using it. I had no problems with it fully expanding. Would recommend to anyone else who values a good nights sleep!

This mattress is comfortable. We’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. I’m considering returning or replacing because it didn’t “inflate” correctly. The foot and sides of the mattress are filled in with a square edges like the photos. However at the head there are loose flaps of white where it didn’t fill in. It’s also not measuring at 14”. More like 11 or 12. It is comfortable and I’m conflicted about how much trouble I want to go through to get it replaced..

I got this hoping it would relieve some body aches and pain. As soon as I laid on it my back and joints felt better. Great purchase!!! It says you can sleep on it right away (I did). This is true, but the longer you wait, the better. It says it can take up to 48 hours to fully expand.

I just love this mattress! I unpacked it and it has been six hours. It is almost completely filled out… I cannot wait to get a good nights sleep on it tomorrow… Thank you, Wayfair!

I should’ve taken pictures of when it came out of the box. I was a little nervous, because as I read some reviews of other phone mattresses – people would state that at times it even took overnight to fully take shape. This mattress was good to go within two hours. It is so very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Omg. Best. Mattress. Ever! I have purchased other well known brands before with memory foam, latex, and gel. None of them are as comfy as my king size slice of heaven. The best part is, since I'm short, I can stretch out completely with all of my pets and none of us even touch. If you have the space for a king size don't hesitate to get this one!

Worst mattress ever

I prefer a firm mattress. Several reviews said this was more firm. The mattress is soft. The first night of sleep was ok. After that, each morning I wake up in pain. my hip is on fire, my shoulder and neck hurt and I have a headache every morning. The ad said there was a 30 day return window, i tried to return in the app and got aessage that the item is not returnable. Completely wasted my money and now need a mattress. Also the mattress never fully expanded and I let it expand for a full 5 days.

Best nights sleep in 10 years, is suspends you, and you cant even tell you drift off, I love this mattress, mounted right on our old box spring support (only 6 years old) fixed a "height" issue with our headboard and it no longer eats pillows too. Win Win Team Happy Sleeper.

One Perfect Mattress

This mattress is sooooo comfy! My husband was worried at first that the mattress would be too soft because of how it felt 24 hours after opening. I told him to be patient and after 72 hours, the mattress sleeps like a DREAM!!! It is truly a medium firmness, not too soft and not too firm but just right!!! My husband moves a lot during the night, and this mattress is perfectly still. We don't jostle each other with every movement. To describe this mattress in one word......PERFECTION!!!

Decent Foam mattress

I feel like I've been pretty hit or miss with foam mattresses in the past. Typically I find that they are too firm. The second layer on top of this one softens it up a little. We needed a "mattress in a box" to fit up a small stairwell to a guest bedroom and this works great. It does take a little while to "inflate" so give it a day if you can or you may be turned off to it's feel for no reason.

Fabulous sleep

I was very skeptical about a getting a foam mattress that came in a box and rolled up. To begin with the box is very sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. The mattress is wrapped in plastic on the outside and vacuum sealed on the inside of that. It was a two person job to get it out of the box and to carefully unwrap it. Once the mattress started getting air it immediately started airing up. I let it air for 24 hrs to make sure it was fully aired. It comes with a removable cover that can be washed. When I just pushed my hands on the top of the mattress it felt very plush and soft. I thought it was going to be too soft but after laying on it, it changed to a more firm feel. It wasn't too firm or too soft. It was just right. It was very comfortable to sleep on. It seemed to keep my back and hips aligned. I didn't have any pain from misalignment from sleeping on the mattress. It did seem to keep me a bit cooler at night. I did have to make sure that my sheets were for a deeper pocket fit. Overall I am very pleased with this mattress. It seems like it will work great for my spare bedroom.

Really 10 Stars!

The mattress in nice and comfortable. It is firm but at the same time cushy. 10" of pure comfort. Sheets actually stay on it. Ver easy to set up. You unroll it. Then you cut the vacuum seal. You must let it set for 48 hours before sleeping on it. Put the sheets on and sleep away. I woke up feeling like I actually slept.

Very supportive!

We are loving this new mattress, it's a bit different than a spring mattress. It is very comfortable, you feel supported all the way down your body. It keeps us cool and there is a lot less tossing and turning. We both sleep all night which in turn makes for better days. It was fully formed in just a couple of hours, a new mattress has really improved our quality of sleep!

Nice mattress! I love how Best Buy offers some large home items like this. Comes in a nice sized box easy to handle. If you are a single person or weigh not very much, you probably don’t need a mattress this thick though.

Had it one day and immediately knew it was going back. Aside from the mattress having a foul odor that MAYBE would have gone away in time, one corner would not stay flushed with my box spring and curved up 2-3 inches. It was fully inflated and warped upwards so not sure what happened there. When actually sitting or laying on the bed, you SINK as if you’re in a gymnastics gym foam pit. It’s a total workout to get out of. Absolutely no support or firmness what so ever. My son got on the bed with me and rolled immediately on top of me because of the large dip from how much it sank with an adult. So I had the huge inconvenience of hauling this back to Best Buy and returning. Huge upset and waste.

Felt like I slept on a cloud

I very skeptically purchased this mattress after having a having recently returned another brand (more expensive memory foam one) which was painful to say the least and trying out some of the higher end ones at the showrooms but not able to justify the cost. After reading the other reviews I didn't sleep on it the first night but couldn't wait a whole 48 hours, so slept on it after 24 hours. For the first time in years I woke up feeling well rested, I felt like I experienced deep sleep which I haven't for a long time now. It felt like I slept on a cloud of comfort. I have had great luck with a walmart purchase before too with memory foam and I am happy i chose walmart again! Highly recommend it and thank you to all the other reviewers who made me take a chance on Sleep Innovations!
