Aside from some small cosmetic damage in shipping all went well with installation an functional. The three speed fan is virtually silent on the lower settings and the light over the stove is warm and welcoming. It is a nice addition to our newly remodeled kitchen.

perfect and priced right hood

I bought this hood for my vacation apartment in Jamaica. It adds character to my kitchen and the fan helps capture the smoke enough so that the smoke alarm does not go off for minor steam and or smoke when cooking. The two levels brightness of the light is perfect for the kitchen when needed. I am very pleased with this purchase, both the price and the quality.

This was purchased for a rental to replace a microwave over the kitchen range. Looks perfect over the kitchen range and is expected to filter grease better than the microwave did. The two filters are easily removed and can be washed in the dishwasher.
