These lights fit into the larger than needed hole that the ceiling cans came out of. I recommend these lights for ease of installation. The only down side to these lights is that you can’t control the lumens Without a dimmer.

Replacing the old led can less lights in my mobile home, 6" lights were too small and 8" was too big. These worked perfectly.

I have a 6&1/2" can in the ceiling so I thought the 7" cover would be fine. The first thing I saw when I opened the box is a instruction that this item was not to be used on a can over 6&1/4". If I had known that I would not have bought it. I am sure the product itself is fine, it just didn't fit my needs.

Very easy install. The housing isn't extremely robust, but how robust does it have to be? This product was exactly what I expected. It makes the exact color of light I expected. I have 3 in the ceiling to illuminate my kitchen, and 3 was the exact correct amount for the lighting I wanted. So now all we can do is wait and see how long they last.
