Broke within 3 months

Updated review! We installed 3 months ago in our extra bathroom so it’s barely been used and I noticed today it’s already broken, it pours water out the back instead of in the toilet bowl!

low water pressure

It’s bulky and has low water pressure compared to our other bidet!

Easy assembly, everything fit on first try. Water pressure from this non-electric bidet is amazing.

i turned both in. i purchased a Brondel. The user ratings were bad on the Glacier bay. So even though it was half the price and looked the same, i paid extra and got a good product.

Great value at sale price, required major adapting

$49.97 and I have a Glacier Bay toilet, but the 2 plastic pieces to be inserted into the toilet were too large! If I didn't use my Dremel tool to shave them down they wouldn't have fit through the small holes were the screws for the seat go. The instructions say to install the tee supplied on the shut-off valve but in my case it would only fit the fitting on the bottom of the tank and was difficult to attach it because threaded nut is very short. Once I installed it, it seems to work OK.

Odd design

When ordering, I didn't notice the odd shape of the seat which is very wide in the back to conceal the sprayers and mounting hardware, and comparatively narrow toward the front. I did a test fit of the bidet to see if the seating position would be acceptable. Installation was quick and easy. I found the seat acceptable, but my wife complained that the seating position was so far forward that drops of tinkle showed up on the seat itself when urinating. Returned for a refund.

Poor static design

I bought this thinking it would be a sleek unobtrusive option for retrofitting an existing toilet.

The bidet seat meets my expectations. A nice unit and easy to install. Well worth the money.

Instructions were wrong. Low pressure

Instructions were just plain wrong. Toilet supply valve has a 3/8" threads. T-joint has to be installed up top at the 7/8" where the toilet tank connects. Instructions show you to connect the T directly to the supply valve. This made it very tight to fit wrenches up there with so many connections up at the underside of the tank. Other complaint is there is no positive indicator when the valve is off. You have to eyeball when it is perfectly centered. Also - Weak pressure.

Compact toilet seat design

It's okay. Easy enough to install once I went to Ace to get help with what I needed since the people at Home Depot were not helpful and I needed extra fittings to make it work with my setup. It fits well and securely on toilet with a compact design that keeps the controls close to the seat and not very noticeable, but easy to use. The strongest setting is not as powerful as I have experienced with other bidets and there is a barely noticeable difference between the gradations of spray. The frontal spray wand does not reach the intended area and I find myself moving position to get the spray where I want it and then moving again to get the back spray where it needs to go.
