These lights are such a big improvement over conventional recessed lights. No need to worry about moving or cutting insulation or having a fire hazard from too much heat. These lights are cool to the touch. They wire up quickly because of the connectors and then they snap into the cut hole and sit flush on the surface of the ceiling. No messing with baffle kits. I highly recommend.
